Why should you listen to me?
I'm Sam Holland. Inspired by the likes of Slash, my music journey began at school, through to college and finally studying at the University of West London, where I immersed myself in the art under the mentorship of top industry professionals.
I am also lucky enough to have recorded albums and toured around the world with various bands and artists.
I became a music teacher at West Nottinghamshire College in 2014, teaching music theory and performance to passionate music students.
In addition to my teaching role, I've since delved into the realm of content creation on YouTube, honing my ability to teach and convey information in the best way so you're in the right hands when it comes to learning-styles.

A: No. Slash has NOT contributed to this course in any way. I will be presenting the lessons.

A: You don't need specific gear. I will teach you how to use what you have, but keep in mind that the choices do make a BIG difference. I will provide examples of the best gear for certain budgets as well as some alternatives.

A: NO! Some amps will get you closer in sound than others, but you don't need his signature kit.
